Racism was forced by Germanic militaries with the sovereignty of race nation-states which did not become so prior to Europeans dying out en masse via military extinction. Race nation-states did not belong to any European tribal group, ethnicity or wandering nomadic group in Western and Eastern Europe due to the lack and weakness of state power.
