Genocide creates fears within survivors that drive them to commit crimes against civilians in war. Genocide creates wills that are genocidal in survivors by way of experiencing indiscriminate and lawless as well as extreme suffering instigated by metal weaponry not excluding chemical or gaseous weapons being used against them by race nation-states. Generals do not allow their denizens to know that weapons have been accumulated that are supposed to make them fewer population-wise to create a race out of them.
