The genocide that Syrians went through during Bashar Al-Assad’s regime was not protested by the international community. Syrians had to suffer weapons meant to torture them i.e. barrel bombs exploding shrapnel at very extremely high speeds. Al-Assad wanted Aleppians and Syrians in other cities to be in pain which was torturous or excruciating to the extent of wanting to kill oneself or commit suicide outside of Syria. Al-Assad believed in total genocide because weapons like barrel bombs could not be resisted through conventional weapons.
